RESOLUTION NO. 5845
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR NEEDED
TECHNICAL AID AND ENGINEERING ASSISTANCE
FROM THE' 1VIINNESOTA HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT
BE IT RESOLVED, that pursuant to statutory authority,' the City Engineer
for and on behalf of the City of Richfield is hereby authorized to request and
obtain from the. Minnesota- Department of Transportation, needed engineering
and technical services .during-the year of 1978, for which payment will be
made by the City of Richfield upon receipt of verified claims from:.: the
Commissioner of Transportation.
