ou ,RESOLUTION N0. 5834 RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE 1978 SALARY COMPENSATION PLAN WHEREAS, Section 2.33 of the Ordinance Code of the City of Richfield provides that the assignment of classes to pay grades, the number of steps in each grad, the bi-weekly rates in each grade, the method of normal progression through pay grade and the work week. in hours for each class be established b.y council resolution, and WHEREAS, the-City administration has prepared a 1978 pay :plan for position classifications in the general services. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council do and hereby-does establish for the year 1978 the following pay plan, which is to be effective January 1, 1978, and subject to the provisions of the personnel rules and regulations ordinance.
