RESOLUTION RELATING TO. THE APPROVAL AND
AUTHORIZATION..OF THE:WOOD LAKE VILLAGE
CONDOMINIUM ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT
WORKSHEET WITH A NEGATIVE.DECLARATION
WHEREAS , the Richfield Development Corporation , 5 0 0 0 Normanda le .
Road, Minneapolis, Minnesota, intends to develop 1100 West 66th Street,
Richfield, Minnesota, with-a 129 unit townhouse .condominium project, and
WHEREAS, a rezoning request for a change from residential to planned
multiple family was approved by the City. Council on October 24, 1977, and.
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Environmental Quality Board requires the
submission of an Environmental Assessment Worksheet under MEQC Rule.
6 MCAR 3.024 B.1. U. before development can proceed, and
WHEREAS, the Environmental- Assessment Worksheet has been
completed and the project found not to be a major action or of significant
environmental impact, and
• WHEREAS, a Negative Declaration is declared.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Richf~ld, Minnesota, as follows:
That the City Council approve and authorize submission of the Wood'
Lake Village Condominium Environmental Assessment Worksheet with a
Negative Declaration.
