__ RESOLUTION NO. 5784 -
RESOLUTION APPROVING LABOR CONTRACT
BETWEEN CITY OF RICHFIELD AND THE MEMBERS OF LOCAL 1215,
INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF FIRE FIGHTERS, AFL-CIO
~IVHEREAS, the City of Richfield. and the International Association of
Fire Fighters, Local 1215 have reached agreement on a 1977 contract as
set forth in -the attached Memorandum Agreement, and
~IVHEREAS, the Personnel Ordinance requires that contracts between
the City and the exclusive representative of employees in an appropriate
bargaining unit shall be implemented by council. resolution
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby
approve the Labor Contract between the Gity of Pichfield and the International
Association of Fire Fighters , Local 1215 and orders the provisions of the labor
contract to be implemented retroactively from January 1, .1977 to December 31,
1977.
