04-26-2022 Bill No. 2022-6BILL NO. 2022-6 TRANSITORY ORDINANCE NO. 19.24 ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE EXPENDITURE OF MONEY FROM THE LIQUOR CONTRIBUTION SPECIAL REVENUE FUND FOR CERTAIN CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: It is found and determined to be necessary and expedient for the City to expend money from the Liquor Contribution Special Revenue Fund for the making of capital improvements listed in Section 2 hereof, for which the City would be authorized to issue general obligation bonds. Section 2: The capital improvements and amounts of expenditures for such improvements which are authorized to be paid from the Liquor Contribution Special Revenue Fund under Section 7.12, Subdivision 2 of the City Charter, are as follows: Major Park Maintenance/ Wood Lake Fence Repair $ 50,000 Community Center/Wood Lake Building Repair $ 25,000 Park Play Equipment Replacement $ 180,000 Fairwood Park Tennis Court Rebuild $ 65,000 Wood Lake Nature Center Building $ 100,000 Outdoor Pool Improvements $ 80,000 Section 3: The expenditures herein authorized shall be made pursuant to such contracts as are authorized from time to time by Council action.
