RESOLUTION RELATING TO PROPOSED BOUNDARY
CHANGE OF L/H/N PROJECT AREA
BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of the City of Richfield
as follows:
1. The city council is willing to 'consider a change in the
.boundary of the"L/H/N area so as to add tothe,project area Lots
15, 16, 17 and 18, Block 3 Farwood Shores Addition.
2. It is hereby determined that- such. proposed boundary. change.
can best be considered in connection with proposed changes in the-
- Land use plan for the project area.
3. The HRA is requested to prepare: and. submit to the city
council their modifications of the Lyndale/Hub/Nicollet redevelop-
_ment plan for the L/H/Pf project .area .west of Grand Avenue .based
-upon the proposed boundary change.
4. The Planning Commission is requested to. study the HRA's
proposed modifications of the Lyndale/Hub/Nicollet Redevelopment
Plan and to provide this city council its written opinion. The
Planning Commission is requested to invite area residents who reside
within 350 feet of the proposed boundary change as well as members
of the Residential Impact Neighborhood Group and the Commercial
Improvement Committee to such meeting.
