RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE 1`979
GENERAL SERVICES SALARY COMPENSATION PLAN.
WHEREAS, Sect ion 2.33 of the Ordinance Code of the City ,of Richfield provides
that the assignmen t of classes to pay grades, the, number of steps in each grade,
the bi-weekly rate s in each grade, the method of normal progression through. pay
grade and the work week in hours for each class be es tablished by council resolution,
and
WHEREAS, the City administration has prepared a 1979 pay plan for position
classifications in the General Services..
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Cou ncil do and hereby does establish
for the. year 1979 the following pay plan, which is to be effective January
1, 1979,
.and subject to the provisions of the personnel rules .
and regulations ordinance.
