RESOLUTION NO. 6005
RESOLUTION APPROVING LAYOUT AND CONTRACT FOR OFF STREET
PARKING IN ACCORDANCE. WITH APFLICATION'NO. 78-17, CONTRACT
NO. 2283

BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the-City of Richfield, Minnesota
as follows:
1. That the proposed geometric layout of the off-street parking as
contained in Off-Street Parking Application No. 78-17, Contract No. 2283,
is hereby approved subject to and upon completion of performance of
the contract for such off-street parking as hereinafter authorized.
2. That the proposed off-street parking contract for the improvement
of said off-street parking, bearing Contract No. 2283, be placed on file
and that the manager. be authorized to sign said contract and the clerk
be authorized to seal the same for and on behalf of this city.
3. That 'the off-street parking operator's bond for the performance
of the conditions of .said off-street parking contract, in the amoun. of
One Thousand ($1,000) Dollars on which the Hartford Accident and
Indemnity Company, Hartford, Connecticut, appears as Surety, is hereby
aPProved.
4. That responsibility for the proper upkeep and maintenance of said
off-street parking lot shall remain the responsibility of the off-street
parking lot operator in accordance with Ordinance Code 4.05..
