RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CONVEYA~7CE
OF LOTS 21 AMID 2 3 , BLOCK 14 , NE[°1
FORD TOG~IN
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Richfield, Minnesota, as follows:..
1. I~ is hereby determined that Lots 21 and 23, Block
14, New Ford Town, according to the plat thereof on file and
of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for
Hennepin County, Minnesota, are no longer needed for any
public purpose of thecity.
2. The mayor. and manager are hereby authorized and
directed to convey such property to Byron W. McCullagh in
furtherance ~f the sale as previously authorized by this
council.
