RESOLUTION NO. 5947
RESOLUTION RELATING TO TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNS
"NO PARKING ANYTIME" ON THE WEST SIDE OF CEDAR
AVENUE FROM DIAGONAL BOULEVARD NORTH TO THE FIRST
RESIDENTIAL DRIVEWAY IN THE 6900 BLOCK
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the City Engineering Division is hereby authorized
and directed to erect the following signs at the following location,
to wit:
"NO PARKING ANYTIME" on the west side of Cedar
Avenue from Diagonal Boulevard north to the first
residential driveway in the 6900 block
2. That when the aforementioned traffic control signs have.
been so erected on said street, they shall be official traffic
control signs of the City of Richfield, and failure to observe
such signs shall constitute a violation of the traffic ordinance
of this city.
3. That this resolution shall amend the previous Resolution
No. 5947, dated August 28, 1978.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield this
