RESOLUTIOI'I AUTHORIZITJG GOLF COURSE
LEASE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Richfield, ~sinnesota, as follows:
1. A proposed agreement between T~tinneapolis-Saint
Paul _T~~etropolitan Airports Commission and the City of
Pichfield providing for the leasing of approximately
180 acres of land by the city for municipal golf course
purposes is hereby given Clerk's File No. C'_9R44
and is ordered to be placed on file.
2. It is hereby determined to be necessary and
expedient to the public health, convenience and general
welfare for the city to enter into such lease in
accordance with its terms.
3. The mayor and manager are hereby authorized and
directed to execute such lease for and on behalf of the
city subject to such formal changes as may be necessary
in order to provide complete legal descriptions for
recording purposes.
