RESOLUTION RELATING TO RELEASE OF BOND ON OFF STREET PARKING
David J. Skramstad, DBA Dyna-Motive Inc.
3638. Cardinal Road, Minnetonka, Minnesota
Location.: 7700 Portland Avenue South
Use: Automotive Parts Sales and
Automotive Machine Shop
WHEREAS, David J. Skramstad DBA Dyna-Motive Inc., 3638 Cardinal Road,
Minnetonka, Minnesota, had an off street parking agreement with the City of
Richfield, relating to 7700 Portland Avenue South, which contract bears the
designation of Contract No. 2235 and which contract was guaranteed by a bond
of the Home Indemnity Company, Manchester, New Hampshire, in the amount of
One Thousand ($1,000) Dollars,. and
WHEREAS,. David J. Skramstad DBA Dyna-Motive Inc. has complied with the
provisions of said agreement and the .Home Indemnity Company now seeks to be
relieved of any further obligation under said bond, and
WHEREAS, there appears to be no justification for requiring David J.
^kramstad DBA Dyna-Motive Inc. to continue to provide a bond for security
n the performance of said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Richfield, Minnesota, as follows:
That the city manager is hereby authorized and directed to release
the Home Indemnity Company, Manchester, New Hampshire, for any and all
acts of David J. Skramstad DBA Dyna-Motive Inc. committed or incurred
in violation of said Contract No. 2235 on and after the 28th day of
August, 1978.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of RicYa~ield this 28th day
of August, 1978.
