RESOLUTION RELATITdG TO TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNS
"NO PARKITdG 8:00 A.M. TO 10:30 A.M." ON THE NORTH
SIDE OF 72ND STREET FOR A DISTANCE OF 4~+0 FEET
EASTERLY FROM HARRIET AVENUE (T0 THE EXISTING
SCHOOL BUS GARAGE DRIVEWAY AREA)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota:,
as follows:
1. That the City Engineering Division is hereby authorized and directed
to erect the following signs at the following location, to wit:
"NO PARKING 8:00 A.M. TO 10:30 A.M." on the north
side of 72nd Street for a distance of 4~+0 feet
easterly from Harriet Avenue (to the existing
school bus garage driveway area)
2. That when the aforementioned traffic control signs have been so
erected on said street, they shall be official traffic control signs of .the
City of Richfield and failure to observe such signs shall constitute a
violation of the traffic ordinance of this city.
3. That part of Resolution No. 927 dated September 26, 1955, pertaining
to 72nd Street and Harriet Avenue is hereby rescinded.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 22nd day of May, 1978.
