78-5898R8 RESOLUTION NO. 5898 RESOLUTION APPROVING LAYOUT AND CONTRACT FOR OFF-STREET PARKING IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICATION N0. 78-4, CONTRACT N0. 2260 Progress Valley, Inc. ' Location: 306 East 78th Street Use: Group Care Residential Facility BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota,. as follows: 1. That the proposed geometric layout~of the off-street parking as " contained in Off-Street Parking Application No. 78-4, Contract No. 2260, is hereby approved subject to and upon completion of performance of the contract for such off-street. parking as hereinafter authorized. 2. That the proposed off-street parking contract for the improvement - of said off-street parking, bearing Contract No. 2260, be placed on file and that the manager be authorized to sign said contract and the Clerk be authorized to .seal the same for and on behalf of this city. 3. That the off-street parking operator's bond for the performance of the conditions of said off-street parking contract, in the amount of Ten Thousand ($10,000) Dollars on which the St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company, St. Paul, Minnesota, appears as Surety, is hereby approved. 4. That responsibility for the proper upkeep and maintenance of said Off-Street Parking lot shall remain the .responsibility of the off-street parking lot operator in accordance with Ordinance Code 4.05.
