RESOLUTION APPROVING LAYOUT AND CONTRACT FOR
OFF STREET PARKING IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICATION
NO. 79-11, CONTRACT NO. 2310

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the proposed geometric layout of the off-street parking
as contained in Off-Street Parking Application No. 79-11, Contract
No. 2310, is hereby approved subject to and upon completion of performance
of the contract for such off-street parking as hereinafter authorized.
2. That the proposed off-street parking contract for the
improvement of said off-street parking, bearing Contract No. 2316,"be
placed on file and that the manager be authorized to sign said contract
and the clerk be authorized to seal the same for and on behalf of this
City.
3. That the off-street parking operator provide the City of
Richfield with Surety in the form of cash, passbook saving withdra~:al
authority,~or performance bond in an amount to be determined by the
acting director of public works and city manager, to insure the off-
street parking lot is constructed within the terms and reg~a?.at:ions cif
the Off-Street Parking AgreeMent.
4. That responsibility for the proper upkeep and maintenance of
said Off-Street Parkinu lot shall remain the responsibility of tnz otf-
street parking. lot operator in accordance with Ordinance (~o~+e ~}•0.5-
