RESOLUTION APPROVING LAYOUT AND CONTRACT FOR OFF
STREET PARKING IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICATION NO. 79-13,
CONTRACT NO. 2312

66th Street & Nicollet Avenue
Use: Phase I, Hub PUD Final Development Plan
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield-,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the proposed geometric layout of the off-street parking
as contained in Off-Street Parking Application No. 79-13, Contract
No. 2312, is hereby approved subject to and upon completion of performance
of the contract for such off-street parking as hereinafter authorized.
2. That the proposed off-street parking contract-for the improvement
of said off-street parking, bearing Contract No. 2312, be placed on
file and that the manager be authorized to sign said contract and the
olerk be authorized to seal the same for and on behalf of this-City.
3. That the off-street parking operator provide the City of
Richfield with .Surety in the form of cosh, passbook saving withdrawal
authority, or performance bond in an amount to be determi.>~ed by the
acting public works. director and city managers to insure the off-street
parking lot is constructed within the terms and regulations of the
Off-Street Packing Agreement.
~. TY'~at responsibility for. the proper upkeep and ma.~ntenance of
said Off-Street Parking lot shall remain the responsibility cf tree
off-street parking lot operator in accordance with Ordinance Code 4.05.
