RESOLUTION NO. 6112
RESOLUTION APPROVING LAYOUT AND CONTRACT FOR
OFF STREET PARKING IN ACCORDANCE WITH
APPLICATION NO. 79-12, CONTRACT NO. 2311

Use:. Addition to Existing Body Shop
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the proposed geometric layout of the off-street parking
as contained in Off-Street Parking Application No. 79-12, Contract
No. 2311, is hereby approved subject to and .upon completion of performance
of the contract for such off-street parking as hereinafter authorized.
2. That the proposed off_-street parking contract for the improvement
of said off-street parking, bearing Contract No. 2311, be placed on
file and that the manager be authorized to sign said contract and the
clerk be authorized, to seal the same for and on behalf of th~.s City.
3. That the oft-street parking operator provide the City of
Richfield with Surety in the form of cash, passbook saving withdrawal
authority, or performance bond in an amount to be determined by the
acting public works director .and city manager, to insure the off-street
parking lot is constructed within the terms and regulations of the
Off-Street ~'ar;~ir.g Agr~emerit:.
4. That rPS~?onsibility for the proper upkeep and maintenance of •
said Off-Street Parking lot shall remain the responsibility of the ~~
Off-Street parking iot operator -n accordance with Ordinance Code 4.J5.
