RESOLUTION N0. 6103
RESOLUTION APPROVING CLASSIFICATION
OF TAX DELINQUENT LAND AS NON-CONSERVATION LAND,
APPROVING SALE AND RECERTIFYING SPECLAL ASSESSMENTS
LEVIED AFTER FORFEITURE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Richfield, Hennepin County,
Minnesota has received from the County Auditor of Hennepin County, Minnesota
a list of lands in said city which became the property of ,the State of
Minnesota under the provisions of law declaring the forfeiture of lands to
the state for non-payment of taxes which list contains the following described
properties: _

WHEREAS, the parcels of .land described above have heretofore been
classified by the Board of County Commissioners of Hennepin County, Minnesota,.
as non-conservation land and the sale thereof has heretofore been authorized
by said Board of County Commissioners.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by said city council as follows:
Section 1. That acting pursuant to Minnesota Statutues Section
282.01 Subdv. 1, that the said classification by
said Board of County Commissioners of each parcel
of land described above as non-conservation land be,
and the same is hereby approved .and that the sale of
such parcels of land be and the same is hereby
approved.
Section 2. That acting pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 282.01,
Subdv. 3, there is-.hereby reassessed to each parcel
of land described above the sum of $272 for 1977
permanent streets, Levy No. 07106, to be applied
over 20 years at the rate of 8% per annum, such
reassessment to occur after the property is returned
to private ownership.
