79-6101RRESOLUTION N0. 6101 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING .JUST f;6P1PENSATION FOR THE PURCHASE OF TE~IPORARY EASEf~tENTS, LYNDALE AVENUE WHEREAS, the Richfield City Council (City) desires to make certain improvements to Lyndale Avenue in the area of the LHN Redevelopment Project; and, WHEREAS, these improvements will provide for increased pedestrian and motor vehicular safety as .well as enchancement of the visual :image of the areas; and, WHEREAS, the improvements will provide expanded roadway areas to accomo- date medians and turning lanes and for the installation of landscape. elements such as sidewalks, plant materials and street furniture; and, I,IHEREAS, to install these improvements it is necessary to obtain temporary construction easements from private property owners; and, WHEREAS, the City has caused appraisals of the affected property to be made, has carefully considered .such appraisals, and believes the work of such appraisers was performed in a competent manner and in accordance with applicable law. N06J, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD: f 1. That it is necessary to acquire temporary construction easements begin- . ning June 1, 1980, and expiring November 1, 1980, over, under, across and through the following ,described areas with Just Compensation set as indicated.
