6.7HEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 6042 of the Council
adopted on the 12th day of February, 1979, and in accordance
with the direction of Council of P4arch 26th, 1979, a report
was prepared by Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates, Inc., Con-
sulting Engineers, with reference to the .construction of
permanent alley surfacing and work appurtenant thereto and
this report was received by he Council on May 14th, 1979.
NOtJ, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City. Council of
the City of Richfield, Minnesota;
1. That the Council will consider the improvement of
the district hereinafter described in accordance with the pre-
liminary engineering report and will consider the assessment
of the property hereinafter described for benefit from the
making of such assessments, the area described as follows:.
Alley Improvement District
Jefferson Park Com lex
Bounded on the north by 66th Street South, on the west by
Xerxes Avenue, on the south by 70th Street South. and on the
east by Penn .Avenue South.
Assessable Area. Property abutting alleys proposed for
improvement in the above described district consisting of:
All of Blocks 1-11 Lincoln Hills Addition -
All of Blocks 13-16 Lincoln Hills Addition
Lots 1-4 and Lots 9-12 Block 1 Lincoln Hills
Third Addition
All of Blocks 2-16 Lincoln Hills Third Addition
2. A public hearing wild be held on July 23, 1979
at 7:00 P.M. in the Council Chamisers of the Richfield City
Hall on the proposed improvement and the Clerk shall--give
public notice of this hearing on the improvement as required
by law.
