Resolution Receiving Street
Vacation Petition and Calling
.for Public Hearing - 21st Avenue
SUHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk
requesting the vacation of the following portion of 21st Avenue:
All that portion of 21st Avenue between the south line of
G91th Street and a line across said 21st Avenue parallel
to and 100 feet north of the south line of 69th Street.
tiVHEREAS, said petition complies with all aspects with the
requirements of Richfield Ordinance Code Section 12.04, Subdivi-
sion 2.
NOtiY, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by,the City Council of the
City of Richfield as follows:
1) The petition for vacation of that portion of 69th
Street described above is received.
2) A public hearing on the street vacation in said.
petition shall be held on April 23, 1979 in the
Council Chambers of the City Hall beginning at
7:00 PM.
3) The Clerk is directed to publish- notice of such
heari'hg in the official newspaper of the City and
post notice of said hearing in the manner provided
by Richfield Ordinance Code Section 12.04, Subdi-
vision 3.
