RESOLUTION NO. 6067.
RESOLUTION APPROVING LABOR CONTRACT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF RICHFIELD AND THE MEMBERS OF LOCAL 1215,
INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF FIRE FIGHTERS, AFL-CIO
WHEREAS, the City Manager and the members of Local 1215,
International Association of Fire Fighters, AFL-CIO have reached
a complete understanding concerning rates of pay, hours, and
other conditions of employment for the years 1978-1980, and
WHEREAS, the Personnel Ordinance requires that contracts
between the City and the exclusive representative of employees
in an appropriate bargaining unit shall be implemented by council
resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Richfield does hereby approve the Agreement between the
City of.Richfield and the. members of Local 1215, International
Association of Fire Fighters, AFL-CIO for the years 1978-1980
and orders that the provisions of this Agreement be implemented
effective January 1, 1978.
