RESOLUTION NO. 6066
RESOLUTION APPROVING-PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
AND ORDERING .ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR LHN I~
PEDESTRIAN AND LANDSCAPING IMPROVED4ENTS
WHEREAS, .pursuant to Resolution No. 6040, passed by the City i,
Council on the 12th day of February, 1979, the engineering report
was received and. the consulting engineering firm of Bather-Ringrose-
Wolsfeld; Tnc., was authorized and directed to proceed with the
preparation of final plans and specifications for construction of
the utilities, sidewalks and landscaping necessary to complete the

K-Mart, Woodlake Investment Corporation, Wendy's Hamburger Shop,
and the Lyndale Liquor Store sites in the LHN Redevelopment Project, and
WHEREAS, BRW, Consulting Engineers, has presented such plans
and specifications to the: council fos approval.
NOW,. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Richfield., Minnesota, as follows:
1. That such plans. and specifications. are hereby approved.
2. Than sealed bids will be publicly opened by the City
Manager. on May 2,,1979, at 10 a.m. in the council chambers of the
city hall for these improvements. Such bids will be tabulated and i
presented to the city council for award on May 14, 1979.
3. That all bids shall be filed with the city clerk not later
than 10 a.m. on May 2, 1979 and that said. bids will be opened and
read aloud at that time.
4. That .the city clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
advertise for bids on said improvements as required bylaw.
