RESOLUTION NO_ 6065
RESOLUTION RELATING TO TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNS
REMOVE "NO PARKING ANYTIME" SIGNS FROM
THE VICINITY OF CEDAR AVENUE SOUTH AND
DIAGONAL. BOULEVARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counci of the City of Richfield, ',
Minnesota., as follows.:
1. That the City Engineering Division is hereby authorized"
and directed. to remove the following. signs at the following locations,.
to wit:
"NO PARKING ANYTIME" on the north side of Diagonal
Boulevard between Cedar Avenue and 18th Avenue;
"NO-PARKING ANYTIME" on the south side of
piagonal Boulevard, from the intersection with
Cedar Avenue and 50 feet west of that. point;
"NO PARKING ANYTIME" on the v~~est side of Cedar I~'
Avenue from the intersection of Diagonal Boulevard :,
south 30 feet. ~
2. That Resolution No. 5948 dated August 28, 1978, Resolution
No. 5949 dated August 28, 1978, and Resolution No. 5956. dated.
September 11, 1978 .are hereby rescinded.
