RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF.APPROPRIATIONS
FROM THE 1979 CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO THE
PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 5966 appropriated funds for each
department of the city for the year 1979; .anal -
WHEREAS, a continency appropriation was made in the General
Fund for various purposes including unforeseen program costs; and
WHEREAS, the City of Richfield has entered into a joint agree-
ment with the ~Zetropolitan Transit Commission for he installation
of a passenger waiting shelter; and
WHEREAS, it is determined necessary to adjust'the.1979 budget
to cover cost's associated with the city's sYiare'of partcibation
on this installation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
City of Richfield, NTinnesota, that the sum of $500 be transferred
from the 1979 contingency appropriation of the General Fund to
the Fublic Works Department:.
