WHEREAS, Laws 1979,. Chapter 1, entitled "An Act Relating
to the City of Richfield; Authorizing the Lssuance of Bonds for
a Certain Recreational Facility; Z~uthorizing the Pledge of
Certain Revenues as Security Therefor" requires approval by a
majority of the members of .the City Council of the City of
Richfield before it becomes. effective;
NO~1, TFIEREFORE, BE IT Resolved by the City Council of the
City of Richfield as follovas:
1. :..Laws 1979, Chapter.l isapproved.
- 2. Tire City Clerk-Treasurer is authorized and directed to
file. a copy of, the Resolution with the necessary Certificate of
Approval with the. Secretary of State as provided by lava.
