RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF RICHFIELD AND THE RICHFIELD.POLICE
SUPERVISORY ASSOCIATION FOR THE YEAR 2979
WHEREAS, the City Manager and the Richfield Police Supervisory Assoc-
iation have reached a complete understanding concerning-rates of pay and.
the maximum employer contribution for health insurance purposes and
WHEREAS, the Personnel Ordinance requires that contracts between the
City and the exclusive representative of employees in an appropriate bargaining
unit shall be implemented by council resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that-the City Council of the City of
Richfield does hereby approve the Agreement between.the City of Richfield and
the Richfield Police.Supervisory Association for the year 1979 and orders the
provisions of this Agreement to be implemented effective January 1, 2979.
