RESOLUTION APPROVING LAYOUT AND CONTRACT FOR
OFF STREET PARKING TN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICATION
NO. 79-2, CONTRACT NO. 2290

BE IT RESOLVED by the city. council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the proposed geometric layout of the off-street parking
as contained in Off-Street Parking Application No. 79-2, Contract
No. 2.290,. is hereby approved subject to and upon completion of.-
performance of the contract for such off-street parking as hereinafter
'authorized.
2. That the proposedoff-street parking contract for the
improvement of said off-street parking, .bearing Contract No. 2290, be
placed on file and that the manager be authorized to sign said contract
and. the Clerk be authorized to seal the same for and on behalf of
this .city.
3. That the off-street. parking operator's bond for the performance
of, the conditions. of said off-street parking contract is hereby
waived as authorized by the city council on February 12, -1979.
4. That responsibility for the proper upkeep and maintenance of
said off-street parking lot shall remain the .responsibility of the
off-street. .parking lot operator in accordance with Ordinance .Code 4..05.
Adopted by the city council of the City of Rich-field this 26th
day of February, 1979.
