RESOLUTION APPROVING`AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF RICHFIELD' AND 'THE' RICHFIELD POLICE
OI'FICERS' FEDERATION .FOR THE YEAR 1979
WHEREAS, the City Manager and the Richfield Police Officers'
Federation have reached a complete understanding concerning rates
of pay and the maximum employer contribution for health insurance
for 1979, and
WHEREAS, the Personnel Ordinance requires that contracts between
the City and the exclusive representative of employees in .an appro-
priate bargaining unit shall be implemented. by council resolution.
NOV7, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City. of Richfield does hereby approve the Agreement between the
City of Richfield and the Richfield Police Officers' Federation for e
the year 1979 and orders the provisions of this Agreement to be
implemented effecitve January 1, 1979.
