RESOLUTION AUTHORIZ:ING.PREPARATION OF FINAL
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, LYNDALE/HUB/NICOLLET
AREA PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS"
.WHEREAS,: the city council has received the engineering report for
construction of-the utilities, sidewalks-and landscaping necessary
to complete the K-Mart, Woodlake Investment Corporation, Wendy's
Hamburger, and Lyndale Liquor Store sites in the.Lyndale/Hub/Nicollet
Redevelopment Project, and
WHEREAS, the city council concurs-with the recommendation of
said report.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the. city council. of the City of
Richfield, Minnesota:
1. That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed.
2. That Bather-Ringrose-Wolsfeld, Inc. are hereby designated as
the engineers for this improvement. They shall prepare plans
and specifications for the making of such improvement.
Adopted by the city council of the City of Richfield this 12th day.
