RESOLUTION DESIGNA^1ING ACTING CITY"MANAGER
AND ESTABLISHING COMPENSATION
WHEREAS, Wayne Burggraaff,-city manager for the City of
Richfield, has resigned effective February 9, 1979, and-
WHEREAS,. it is necessary for the city council to appoint
an acting city manager until such time as a new city manager
is appointed and takes office.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the city council do
and hereby does appoint Joyce Wilde as acting city manager
effective upon the resignation of Wayne Burggraaff and until
such time as a new-city manager is appointed and takes office.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the city council do and hereby
does establish a bi-weekly salary of $1,153.85 {$30,.000 per
annum) for acting city manager Joyce Wilde which. is to be
effective February 1, 1979 and remain in effect until a new
city manager takes: office.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the. city will make available
a staff car for full time use by the acting city manager
during the period of time she is fulfilling these responsibilities.
