Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Richfield
that pursuant to Section 161.39, subdivision 1 through 6, Minn-
esota Stat~.ites, 1978, the Public Works Director, for and on behal
of the City ofRichfield is hereby authorized to request and obtain.
