RESOLUTION NO. 6032
RESOLUTION.. ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRELIMINARY
REPORT ACCORDING TO ALTERNATE C
WHEREAS, it is proposed-to improve the following areas:
Ponding Area No.°5 (Norby's Pond) 7_ocated between 69th and
70th Streets, and Stevens and Third Avenues;
Ponding Area No. 10 (Wilson Pond), located between 73rd and
75th Streets, and 13th and 15th Avenues;
by dredging and deepening the Ponding areas and landscaping treatment.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Richfield, Minnesota, as follows.;
1. That the proposed improvements be referred to Orr-Schelen-
Mayeron & Associates,: Inc.. (consulting engineers) for study and that
they be instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed,
advising the Council in-a preliminary way,. as to whether it should best
be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement and
the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
2. That the improvements listed in this resolution shall hereafter
be known as City Project No. 738.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 15th day
of January, 1979.
