RESOLUTION RELATING TO TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGI~TS
"NO PARKING. ANYTIME" SIGNS -0NrSOUTH SIDE. OF .WEST 70TH
STREET BE MOVED TO NORTH SIDE DF WEST 7-0TH STREET,
FOR ONE BLOCK EAST OF PENN AVENUE .SOUTH
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the-.City of Richfield,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. That_the City Engineering Division is hereby. authorized
and directed to remove and re-erect the following signs at. the following
location, to wit:
"NO PARKING .ANYTIME" signs on south side of West 70th
.Street be moved to north side of West: 70th Street, for
one block east of Penn Avenue South
2. That the portion of Resolution No, 5311 dated February 10,
1975, relating to the above-mentioned location, is hereby rescinded.
