_ RESOLUTION A1~PROVING CLASSIFICATION OF TAX DELINQUENT `~
LAND AS NON-CONSERVATION LAND•AND
PROVIDING FOR SALE THEREOF
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Richfield, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, has received from the County Auditor of Hennepin County, Minnesota,
a list of lands its said city which became the property of the State of
Minnesota under the provisions of law declaring the forfeiture of lands to
the State for Eton-payment of taxes, which said list has been designated as

Classification List "657-NC"
and described as follows: ~,
District~42, Plat 45000, Parcel 2910,
Address, 6200 Wentworth, PID 27-028-24-21-0013 ,
WHERE~LS, the parcel of land described above has heretofore been clas-
sified by the Board of County Commissioners of Hennepin County, Minnesota,
as non-conservation land and the sale thereof has heretofore been authorized
by said Board of County Commissioners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT-RESOLVED, by said City Council, acting pursuant
to Minnesota Statutes 1957, Section 282.01, Subd. 1, that the said __
classification by said Board of County Commissioners of each parcel of land
described above as non-conservation land be and the same is hereby approved
and that the sale of such parcel of land be and the same is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 10th day of
March, 1980..
