RESOLUTION N0. 6213
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATION
FROM THE 1980 CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO THE
LEGISLATIVE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 6130 appropriated funds for each department
of the City for the year 1980; and
WHEREAS, a contingency appropriation was made in the General Fund
for various purposes, including unforeseen program costs; and
WHEREAS, Resolution 6109 approved the joint franchising process of
the Southwest Suburban Cable Commission (SWSCC) and the City of Richfield
has agreed to contribute $2,500 to the SWSCC.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Richfield, Minnesota, that the sum of $2,500 be transferred from the
1980 contingency of the General Fund to the Legislative Department.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 25th day
of February, 1980.
