RESOLUTION NO. 6210
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF
APPROPRIATIONS FROM THE 1980
CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO THE PUBLIC
SAFETY DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 6130 appropriated funds for each
department of the City for the year •1980, and -
WHEREAS, a contingency appropriation was made in the General
Fund for various pruposes, including the 1980 salary adjustments
and the related fringe benefit contributions, and
WHEREP.S, Resolution No. 6209. approved the labor contract
between the City of Richfield and the Richfield Police Federation
for the year 1980-81 which provides for .a pay plan and certain
supplemental wage benefits; and
WHEREAS, it is hereby determined necessary to adjust the
1980 budget appropriation $'64,380 to reflect adjustments required.
by the labor contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Richfield that the sum of $..64,380 be transferred from
the contingency .appropriation of the General Fund to the Public
Safety Department.
