RESOLUTION N0. 6204
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATION
FROM THE 1980 CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO THE
LEGISLATIVE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 6130 appropriated funds for each department of
the City for the year 1980; and
WHEREAS, a contingency appropriation was made in the General Fund for
various purposes, including unforeseen program costs; and
WHEREAS, the City of Richfield has provided program funding for the
Storefront/Youth Action, Inc.., and has signed an agreement to contribute an
~s~'.3itional $2,965 for the agency during 1980 to be passed through to the
s.`roject Charlie volunteer program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Richfield, Minnesota, that the sum of $2,965 be transferred from the 1980
contingency of the general fund to the Legislative Department.
