Zoom.

Item #1 PRESENTATION AND DISCUSSION OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL PROFILE AND
ENVIORNMENTAL SCAN WITH CONSULTANT, CRAIG RAPP
Consultant, Craig Rapp, presented findings of the organizational profile and environmental
scan and facilitated conversation with Council Members and Staff.
The work session was adjourned by unanimous consent at 6:40 p.m.
