RESOLUTION N0. 6190
-RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATIONS FROM
THE 1980 CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 6130 appropriated funds for each department of the
city for the year 1980; and
.WHEREAS, a contingency appropriation was_made in the General Fund for
various purposes, including the 1980 salary adjustments and the related fringe
benefit contributions; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 6186 established the 1980 pay plans for the General
Services employees; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 6187 established the 1980 pay plans for the Management
employees; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 6188 established the 1980 pay plans for the Specialized
- employees; and _ __
_ WHEREAS, Resolution No. 6189 determined the city's contribution for term life
insurance and for single and dependent health insurance for General Services and
Management employees; and.

WHEREAS, Resolution No. 6067 approved a 1978-80 contract agreement with - -
Local 1215 and established the means of determining 1980 pay rates; and

WHEREAS, it is hereby determined necessary to adjust_the 1980 budget appro-
priation $162,453 to reflect adjustments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield
that the sum of $162,453 be transferred to the contingency appropriation of the
General Fund to the following departments:
