RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE 1980 SPECIALIZED PAY PLAN
WHEREAS, Section 2.33 of the Ordinance Code of the City of Richfield provides
that the assignment of classes to pay grades, the number of steps in each grade,
the bi-weekly rates in each grade, the method. of normal progression through the
pay grade and the work week in hours for each class be established by council
resolution; and
WHEREAS, the city administration has prepared a 1980 pay plan for these
positions for which there are no essentially similar position classifications
in other regular pay plans.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council do and hereby does
establish for the 1980 the following pay plan, which is to be effective on
January 1, 1980, and subject to the provisions of the personnel rules and
regulations ordinance: _ _._-
