RESOLUTION RELATING
TO THE. SALE OF PROPERTY
OwIQED BY FINANCIAL PROPERTLES
DEVELOPERS, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Richfield as follows:
1. That receipt of Notice of a proposed sale of Lot one (1),
Hlock one (l) HEYNIAN ADDITIOi1 contained in a letter from Henry Rogers,
attorney for Financi..al Properties Developers, Inc., to the City
Manager, is hereby acknowledged.
2. That nature and mechanics. of such proposed sale by
Financial Froperties Developers, Inc. to Lawrence Kadish as outlined
in such letter is consistent with the. obligations placed upon
Financial Properties by its Loan Agreement with the City dated
March 1, 1979; and is therefore consented to.
3. That the City Manager i.s hereby authorized to notify
Financial Properties Developers, Inc., of the consent which is
hereby given.
