~ AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PURCHASE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF RICHFIELD
AND KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN. NATIONAL
MANAGEMENT COMPANY FOR LYNDALE
AVENUE EASEP'[ENTS
bVHEREAS, the City of Richfield authorized negotiations to
purchase an easement at 6645 Lyndale Avenue, the location of a
Kentucky Fried Chicken store; and,
WHEREAS, Just Compensation was established at $16,000 and
an offer to purchase was made in that amount; and,
WHEREAS, Kentucky Fried Chicken National Management Company
has agreed to se11 a permanent and temporary easement for $17,700;
and,
WHEREAS, staff is recommending that the City purchase these
interests for $17,700;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Richfield City Council:
1. The mayor and city manager are direc-~ed to enter into a
purchase agreement for $17,700 for the easement areas.

2. The city manager and city attorney are directed to complete
the purchase process.
