- RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE 1.981 MANAGEMENT
SALARY COMPENSATION PLAN
~r1FiEREAS , the municipal code of .the! City of Richfield provides
for the adoption of a pay plan fo r Dlanagement Employees from
time -to-time, and
WHEREAS, the city administra tion has prepar ed a 1981 pay
plan for position .:classfications for management employees.
TIOW, THEREFO RE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Cit y Council do
and hereby does e stablish for the year 1981 tKe following pay
plan , wi~ich is to be effective Ja nuary •1, 1981, and subject to
all applicable pr ovisions of the city code:
