RESOLUTION N0. 6328
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATION
FROM THE 1981 .CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO THE
LEGISLATIVE DEPARTMENT .
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 6290 appropriated funds for each department
of the City for the year 19$1; and
WHEREAS, a contingency appropriation was made in the General Fund
for various purposes, including unforeseen program costs; and
WHEREAS, the City of Richfield has provided program funding. for
the Storefront/Youth Action, Inc., and has signed an agreement to
contribute an additional $3,160 for the agency during 1981 to be
passed through to the Project Charlie III volunteer program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Richfield, Minnesota, that the sum of $3,160 be transferred from the
1981 contingency of the general fund to the Legislative Department..
