RESOLUTION N0. 6327
RESOLUTION REGEZVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND CALLING
PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED CITY PROJECT 734
BE IT F.ESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. A preliminary report on proposed City Project 734: o.f the
City dated the 13th day of October, 1980, prepared by the city
engineer, is hereby received and ordered to be placed on file.
2. A public hearing on said proposed improvement is hereby
called to be held on November 24, 1980, commencing at 7:00 o'clock
P.M., in the council chambers in the City Hall of the City of.
Richfield, 6700 Portland Avenue South, Richfield, P•4innesota.
3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to give
published and mailed notice of such hearing in the manner required
by law.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield this
13th day of October, 1980.
