RESOLUTION N0. 6324
RESOLUTION RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND CALLING
PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED CITY .PROJECT 761
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota,
as follows:
1. A preliminary report on proposed City Project 761'of the City
dated the 13th day of October, 1980, prepared by the city engineer, is
hereby received and ordered to be placed on file.

2. A preliminary assessment of $2.00 per front foot is established
for property owners whose property fronts on Penn, Portland .and Nicollet
Avenues, except in the L/H/N Redevelopment Area.
3. A public hearing on said proposed improvement is hereby called to
be held on March 9, 1981, commencing at 7:00 o'clock p.m., in the council
chambers in the City Hall of the City of Richfield, 6700 Portland Avenue
South, Richfield, Minnesota.
4. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to give published
and mailed notice of such hearing in the manner required by law.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 13th day
of October, 1980.
