RESOLUTIONd NO. 6308
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF
A PLAN IN APPLICATION FOR A COMMUNITY
HEALTH SERVICES ACT,SUBSIDY FOR 1980-1981
WHEREAS, the city council of the City of Richfield is
the official governing body of the City of Richfield and
functions as the official Board of Health of the City of
Richfield; and
WHEREAS, the city council is committed to promote,
support, and maintain the health of the entire community at
the highest level; and.
WHEREAS, the Community Health Services Act provides for
subsidies in support of public health services on the local
leval throughout the State of Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the Advisory Board of Health of the City of
Richfield. has reviewed and approved the plan for the provi-
sion of public health services in the City of Richfield, and
recommends that the city council authorize its submission in
application for a grant; and
WHEREAS, the city council finds this plan consistent with
the needs and priorities of the community as determined by
the Advisory Board of Health and as expressed by the citizens
of Richfield;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the
City of Richfield, that the revised 1980-1981 Community Health
Services Plan for the City of Richfield be approved and author-
ization hereby given to submit said plan in application for a
Community Health Services Act subsidy for 1931.
