RESOLUTION LEVYING SPECIAL ASSESSMENT FOR NUISANCE ABATEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Hennepin.
County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The following described properties are hereby specially assessed
in the following amoun ts for expenses incur red by the City in connection
with abatement of a nu isance health hazard pursuant to the provis ions of
Minnesota Statutes, Se ction 145.23, to-wit:
