RESOLUTION NO. 6290
RESOLUTION ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 1981
AND LEVYING TAXES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield
as follows:
Section 1: The budget for the City of Richfield for the year
1981 is hereby approved and adopted with appropriations for
each of the departments to be as follows:
GENERAL FUND

REVENUE SHARING TRUST FUND $ 200,.045
Section. 2: The estimated gross revenue of the City of Richfield
from all sources, including general ad valorem tax levies as
hereinafter set forth for the year 1981, including prior years'
levies budgeted for 1981, as the same are more fully detailed
in the City Manager's official-copy of the 1981 budget, .are
hereby found and determined to be a s .follows: -

Section 3: There is hereby levied upon all taxable property
in the City of Richfield a direct ad valorem tax'in the year
1980, payable in 1981, for the following purposes and in the
following amounts:

*Provision has been made in the General Fund for.
the .payment of the City's contributory share to
Public Employees Retirement Association and the
Police and Firemen's Relief Associations. Provision
has also been made in the General Fund revenues for
receipt of the local government aid distribution.
The above creneral levv includes a debt service levy in
the amount of $250,000 for Bonds of 1972, 1973, 1977 &
1978. See separate resolutions on other bond is-sues.

Section 4: A certified copjy of this resolution shall be transmitted
to the County Auditor.
